Chicken Simulator is developed and operated by Darkness Studio, an independent game developer. This policy explains how information is handled by Chicken Simulator and this website.

The game may store save data, game progress, graphics settings, audio settings and control preferences locally on your device. Darkness Studio does not automatically receive this local information.

Google Play, Epic Online Services, the operating system or distribution platform may process device, crash, performance, network and application-version information to provide their services, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Darkness Studio does not sell personal information.

Chicken Simulator does not currently contain third-party advertising. This website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking.

Darkness Studio does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by the platform providers described above when necessary to deliver account, security, distribution or online functionality, or when required by law.
7. Retention and deletion
Local game data can generally be removed by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the game. Account information managed by Google or Epic must be controlled through the relevant provider. You may contact us for questions concerning information directly controlled by Darkness Studio.
8. Children's privacy
Darkness Studio does not knowingly request personal information directly from children through this website. Account and online features remain subject to the age requirements and parental controls of the applicable platform provider.

We use reasonable measures intended to protect the information under our control. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
